Purchasing

We will only sell to adults over the age of 18.

All sales are final.

We urge you to research the tarantula and its care before making a purchase.

 

Shipping

There is a $50.00 USD minimum purchase in order to ship spiders.

Shipping for spiders is $50.00 flat rate regardless of your location in the CONUS of USA. We only ship to CONUS USA. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We do not ship outside the country. Orders $300 and over ship free.

We reserve the right to decline a sale if we feel appropriate care will not be taken of the tarantulas.

Shipping Orders will be shipped the following Tuesday or Wednesday after your order is placed.

We only ship via FedEx Priority Overnight to the nearest FedEx Hub to your home address. We will email you to confirm shipping and that you will be available to receive your package.

Local customers will be contacted by email within 5 business days to schedule appointment time and location to pick up their purchase.

You will receive an email with your package’s tracking number when it has been shipped. Hot packs will be placed in boxes during cold months and cooling packs will be placed in boxes in warmer months. Please remove heating/cooling packs from shipping packaging as soon as possible.

We cannot control shipping delays due to weather conditions or carrier staffing issues. We will keep a close eye on the shipments as they travel to you.

You must notify us within 2 hours of delivery of any DOA.

DOA will be replaced free of charge pending photos of deceased tarantula. We may or may not request a photo of a pin through the carapace of the DOA if the photo is not clearly showing a deceased tarantula. In the event that we do not have another item that you purchased, we will either substitute another item(s) of equal value or issue a refund.
